Native IP
An address that has stayed with the same ISP and country — continuity, not quality.
“Native” describes continuity: the address has been held by the same ISP, in the same country, and was not recently reassigned from a hosting pool. It is a property of the address over time, not something a proxy seller can create by labelling.
Native is not a synonym for residential. A business fibre line can be native and still not be what a marketplace expects from a private seller. A rented static IP can be stable and still sit inside a hosting ASN.
To verify: check the ASN type, look the prefix up in RDAP, and compare the registered country with the account country.
