Terms of service

Short version: we sell a screening tool. Use it to make better buying decisions, not as a legal guarantee.

1. The service

IPASK provides an IP screening tool that classifies IP addresses using public network data and our rule engine, and returns a verdict with supporting evidence. The service is provided “as is”.

2. Licenses

• A license key is personal to the buyer and valid for 30 days from payment.
• Daily quotas are attached to the key, not to a device.
• Keys may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to operate a competing service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use IPASK to: attack or scan third-party systems; evade lawful investigations; build a competing IP database for resale; or send automated traffic that exceeds your plan’s limits.

4. No guarantee of platform outcomes

Verdicts are estimates based on network data. We do not guarantee that a store, account or ad account will not be restricted by any platform. Platform decisions are outside our control.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on the self-serve plans. Features and quotas may change with notice on this page.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
