Refund policy

If the license has not been used, we refund it.

Eligible for a refund

• Requested within 7 days of payment.
• And the license key has zero consumption (no IP checked with it).
• Paid in USDT — refund is sent back to the sending address, minus network fees.

Not eligible

• A key that has already been used (any IP checked counts).
• Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
• Keys that were resold or shared, which also breaches the Terms.

How to request

Email hi@ipask.net with the order ID shown on your order page. We reply within 48 hours on business days.

Service failures

If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will extend your license or refund the unused portion — your choice.
