- Check the individual IP, not only the country: CN has both consumer lines and large hosting clusters.
- Match the IP country with the phone, payment and shipping country you plan to use.
- Avoid hosting and CDN ranges for store registration; they are shared infrastructure.
- Keep the exit address stable for at least two weeks before registering.
